Understand

Context

"The goal was to sustain and accelerate Publicis' differentiation by uniquely leveraging AI within their platform organization, data resources (e.g., Epsilon), and extensive knowledge across various industry verticals."

Problem Definition

Among many identified issues, three key areas emerged as clear priorities:

  1. Empowering all industry verticals: How can we create an intuitive experience regardless of the industry being explored?

  2. Data-driven results: How can we effectively extract actionable insights from vast and complex data, tailored to different user levels and disciplines?

  3. Connecting workflows: How can we facilitate seamless end-to-end collaboration across business, creative, and engineering teams?"

Discovery

We uncovered valuable insights through usage data, inventory analysis, and user interviews, identifying five key areas:

  • Insights & strategy

  • Media planning

  • Creative & production

  • Software development & operations"

These adjustments aim to streamline the text for clearer understanding while maintaining the original intent and structure of your message.


Gain confidence

Ideate + Iterate

We focused on defining the role of "Insights" within the ecosystem, alongside the other four key areas.

Collaborating with my lead and team, I sketched out various interaction models for desktop interfaces to explore how Insights could integrate and enhance the other key areas.

We evaluated each concept, weighing their pros and cons, and swiftly converged on a hybrid model. This model not only supports the other focus areas effectively but also aligns with the overall requirements of CoreAI.

Polish

In addition to refining high-level designs, I led discussions on how Insights could evolve within CoreAI.

These discussions underscored Insights as a fundamental pillar of the user experience and guided product definition, aiding engineers in scoping the build.

Results

The project's success positions Publicis as a leader in delivering AI-driven results for their clients, and as it continues to roll out to the public, this leadership will be further solidified.
